OSN Laser training’s aim is to optimize the laser machine performance for every customer. Our experts with specialized knowledge gained through formal study and practical field experience will offer you the training service.
Training content
The most important issues are installation, operation and maintenance, which will be offered in advance in the form of a video and user manual.
Laser machine performance, structure, principle and related processing handicraft can be provided for customers’ better understanding of the machine.
Safety operation is the key to production. Our training contains also the knowledge of laser, laser equipment safety operation and precautions.
How to train
The user manuals and videos of laser machine installation, operation and maintenance will be offered to customers. During this special period, other technical support and questions are also recommended to solve via email, telephone, online communication, or leave us a message.
Your technicians are welcome to have free training in our factory. Well-assembled machines are available for your technicians, the experienced engineer can have direct and professional training hand by hand.
Professional oversea service is optional, our experienced engineer can have a door-to-door training service. Accommodation, round trip tickets, insurance, meals, local traffic and service cost of the engineer should be charged.
Training time
Generally, the training will last 3~7 days. Lifelong and multiple technical supports are available through emails, telephone, or other online communication. Our after-sales team can be reached by 7*24h to offer rapid solutions for customers’ problems.
