2) The F-θ lens is polluted;

1) Adjust the focus;
2) Clean F-θ lens;
3) Adjust the parameters;
4) Restart the software.
Reason Analysis:
1) No power in control;
2) The USB cable is loose;
3) The card driver is not installed;
4) The USB control card was damaged.
Handling Method:
1) Check if the key switch is powered on;
2) Check the USB cable;
3) Reinstall the card driver;
4) Replace the control card.
Reason Analysis:
1) Check if the software setting is normal;
2) Check the power key is powered on;
3) Check the red light on the USB control card is flashing or not;
4) Internal error of laser power supply or laser device.

The tank should be filled with enough water for the cooling system circulation, and avoid the cooling system from low pressure. Water for circulation should be filtered and changed at a regular time.
Breakdown Maintenance of Laser Welding Machine

Reason Analysis:
1) No power or phase loss;

7) Clean the laser pointer head face (Please contact our technical staff).
Turn on the machine, the led light is on, but the panel doesn’t have light:
The emergence switch is off. Right twist to open it.
If still can not turn on the machine and the light inside the machine is off, please check the fuse.
Reason Analysis:
1) The water temperature beyond the warning temperature;
2) The downpipe falls off;
3) The control circuit fault;
4) The water pump fault.
Handling Method:
1) Open laser power supply till the water temperature drops to normal;
2) Reconnect the downpipe;
3) Replace the circuit board (Please contact our technical staff);
4) Repair or replace the water pump (Please contact our technical staff).
