About Pre-service

We can provide the customer with free testing. Our engineer will test the best result of marking, welding, or cutting. The testing parameters, detailed pictures, testing report and video can be sent for the customer’s reference. If needed, the tested material or product can be sent back to customer, and its shipping cost should be paid by customer.

We provides one year warranty and lifetime maintenance. Free repair for mechanical failure and parts damage (no human factors and force majeure factors) under warranty.

Generally, the production will need about 7 working days. For customized machine or during peak periods in production, the production time is possible to be longer.

The laser machine will be packaged in three layers: the outer layer will be made of plywood Case, which does not require fumigation; the middle layer will be made of foam, which will protect the machine from shaking; and the inner layer will be made of a thick plastic bag for waterproof.

We provide worldwide delivery service through sea shipping, air shipping, express and land shipping. Also, customers can choose to cooperate with your own forwarder.

About Machines

We have full training video and 16 hours of online support to provide training service. It will take a bit of trial and error to learn what speed and power settings to use with different materials. Most of our customers will have basic skills and operation of the laser system in a short time with our help. About our training service, click here.

All our machines are completely risk-free and safe to use, they comply 100% with CE, ISO9001:2008 test. Each machine is designed with the integration of superior quality, safety, low energy consumption and reduced maintenance.

Yes, the software is provided FREE of charge and it is in English.

Quality is always a priority.
1. We are proud owners of a Quality Control System certificate.
2. We have in place a Professional Quality Control Department that ensures all our machines should comply.
3. 24-hour Machine Aging Test is conducted before delivery.

The machine has been adjusted before delivery, when it arrives at your side, generally unpacking and connecting with power, then the machine can work normally.

About After-Sales

Whenever you meet the trouble please feel free to contact us, our sales engineer and technician team will take responsibility in a very short time, usually they are 16 hours online every working day.
If it is needed, our engineer can do door-to-door service aboard, including installation and debugging, training, trouble shooting, etc. The customer needs to pay us for the round tickets, insurance, visa, meal and accommodation, local traffic fee, and daily service fee. In warranty, if any parts are broken, we will send the replacement part to you by express for free, and you send the broken part back to us. For complex problems, we will send our engineer to your side for maintenance, it is free. Click here to know more about maintenance.
